Welcome to Brightest Livingnest. By accessing our website or booking our home renovation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Brightest Livingnest provides home renovation and remodeling services, including but not limited to whole-home renovations, kitchen transformations, bathroom remodeling, interior design, flooring, and smart home upgrades. All services are subject to a separate formal contract.
All quotes provided are estimates based on initial consultations. A formal contract will outline the total cost, payment schedule, and materials included. A deposit may be required before work commences. Additional costs may apply if project scopes change.
While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material supply chain issues). We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Clients must provide safe access to the property, clear work areas of personal belongings, and make timely decisions to avoid delays. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on renovation projects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of labor and materials used up to the date of cancellation.
